The principal consultant is responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities including but not limited to:

- Working with BDM to identify opportunities and then envisage and architect solutions
- Responding to RFT, RFP, RFQ and RFI documents
- Working with clients to win consulting and services opportunities
- Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement;
- Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs
- Performance of services including consulting, analysis, requirements gathering, scope development and project management
- Execute and deliver assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client 
 - ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.

- At least 3 years hands on development experience in either PHP, .NET or JAVA and still be keen to get your hands dirty.
- At least 5 years consulting experience.
- Demonstrable experience in multi-discipline project management, requirements gathering, solution architecture and client management.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP and ECM.
- An interest in cloud computing and Software as a Service.
- A strong understanding of business and technology issues as well as their relationship to corporate strategies and objectives.
- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience presenting to and maintaing relationships with C Level executives.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Drive and tenacity.

A degree is not a pre-requisite, but either a degree or significant experience and a deep seeded interest in business, information technology, information systems, engineering, mathematics or physics is preferred as are additional professional certifications (PMP, Prince 2, Six Sigma etc).
