The beginner course is designed to show you the important foundation of building a Google Maps application.  These fundamental skills are:

• How to embed Google Maps in your own web pages
• How to add markers, lines, and polygons to the map
• How to add text, pictures, videos to an info windows on Google Maps

- Prerequisites

To succeed fully in this course, students should process:

• Basic programming skills in anyone of these languages: Java, C#, ASP, Perl, Python or Ruby.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, & CSS.
• A minimum of 1 year commercial development experience is recommended.

- Attendees Must:

• Bring their own laptop computer equipped with wireless connectivity (WiFi)
