Structure

• Concrete encased steel beam / reinforced concrete floor slab
• Typical minimum floor loading of 7.5kN/m2
• Slab height varies. Typical high bay floor slab to slab height 5.5m equating to 4.7m clear height to underside beam
• Raised floor with antistatic tiles and a minimum height of 600mm installed on fully fitted areas

Environment Control

• Minimum N+1 resilience on chilled water cooling system (pipe-work & infrastructure)
• Temperature in technical space maintained at 22 degrees C (+/- 2 degrees C)
• Humidity range of 50% (+/- 10%) in technical space
• Up to 7 chillers installed at roof level supply 4.5MW of cooling per chiller
• Close control units provide conditioned air to technical space
• Diverse chilled water distribution pipe-work

Fire Detection & Suppression

• Aspiratory analogue addressable fire detection system in all areas (smoke and heat with manual break-glass units
• Dry pipe sprinklers to technical space, sprinklers in corridors and selected plant rooms, with water ingress protection and monitoring
• Dry risers to all floors
• Smoke and gas clearance system
• VESDA in all technical spaces

Telecommunications

• Access to DMSBT shared and dedicated network as well as many carrier services
• Access to multiple telecommunications providers located in two dedicated Meet Me Rooms (MMRs), via diverse dedicated connections
• Diverse incoming cable entry points (x5) with combination of 110mm and 32mm sub ducts
• Multiple basket trays to all data risers – fully access controlled
• Multiple connection points to each data suite
• Roof space available for antennae and satellite equipment

Building Management & Security

• Dedicated 24x7 facilities management team
• 24x7 monitoring of all core electrical, mechanical and other infrastructure systems
• Access control using proximity card readers and access barriers controlling size and weight
