Mapframe

DMSBT Mapframe is a web based application that allows companies to quickly and easily create complex mash-ups and mapping applications at the click of a button.

Mapframe gives you a user friendly, graphical interface that allows you to define:

Objects: Points, lines, circles and polygons with custom properties, relationships and behaviours

Layers: A group of objects of a like type that can be viewed and manipulated together

Groups: A subset of a layer, allowing you to group objects by parameter value.

Import / Export: Allow users to import from and export to common file types such as MID/MIF, XLS, XML and also ‘Views’ which can be consumed in an iFrame into just about any web application.

Mapframe is a web based application written in Python and can be installed onto any web server capable of serving Python applications. Mapframe uses a MySQL database.
